Re-branding BIC Services
BIC approached us to discuss some strategies around developing a new brand for their national commercial cleaning business. We initiated the process with our Brand Audit or as we fondly referred to as Brandscoping. This allows us to identify all issues and touch-points of the existing brand, competitors positioning, the continuity and consistency of the brand and provide a plan of how we can develop and revitalise the business.
Xander went to work on the strategic repositioning of BIC and deliver the rollout of a new identity across the business and a new website. The results saw the brand cement its position as an industry leader and sets the benchmark.
Additionally, with our strategic partners, we developed all new Tendering, Presentations and internal communications including: email templates, newsletters, service documents and stationery.
